Alex Mead passes after Lockdown delays

Alex Mead took and passed his car and trailer test today at the FIRST TIME attempt.

Alex should have taken his test last year and did his day 1 of training. He was all ready to come back the next day for his test but Boris and COVID had other plans. With a lockdown initiated, all testing was postponed and Alex's test was now affected.

When lockdown restrictions eased, we were able to get a new test date but then found out that although HGV testing was starting on 12th April, Car and trailer testing was not restarting until the car testing restarted on 22nd April.

This meant another change of plans and Wednesday of this week was the first date that we could offer and that he could do.

After a small amount of revision over the reverse and uncoupling procedures, it was off to the test centre to see what he could do.

After a quick hour and a quarter, Alex returned to the test centre and the examiner told him that he would be adding the B+E entitlement to Alex's licence. A good day all in all.

Well done.
